The Hatters Bar and Bistro style Restaurant – 

The Park Hotel has been recently refurbished combining the old with the new. The Hatters bar for pre-dinner drinks still has its original fire place with oak wood panelling serving real Welsh and English locally brewed ale’s.

The Hatters Bistro style restaurant is light filled and very modern with views of the Hatterall hill and is one of the most pleasant settings.

The restaurant is open from midday and serves dishes made from the most fresh and highest quality ingredients from local suppliers such as Vin Sullivan’s.

Signature dishes along with Welsh Black beef fillet steak and Welsh Lamb can be found with something sure to please everyone, wheel chair accessible and families welcome.

With our delight full staff looking after your every need, you can be sure to have a pleasant and unique dining experience every time you visit.

The Park hotel’s manicured garden is in abundance with flowers, trees and wild life and is the idyllic place to relax on a fine summers day or evening.

With fabulous views of the Black mountains, our sun trapped garden has patio table and chairs and many original features dating back belonging to the 18th century old house.
